That is correct...

Ragdoll physics is a system in which deathanimations are caculated, instead of animated.

Havok's Engine makes the physics in the game just kick even more butt then normal. Cause now objects have weights and wind resistance and all that stuff... provided it's coded.


... and makes Ragdoll Physics better.
