This is actually to someone from Remedy, but maybe some others will also know: who is going to make music for Max Payne 2? Also Hatakka and Kajasto? In MP1 they were great, I have to admit images/icons/smile.gif
By the way, Remedy, why didn't you release the soundtrack to Max?! Maybe you'll do it this time? Of course, if the music will be so good images/icons/smile.gif

hope there is more of the good stuff in MP2.
but not too much, just a little more diversity

This is an area of Max Payne that kinda let me down. What was there was OK but for this kind of action, for this intense ballet of bullets it really needed something special. Getting a musician that knows what's needed for an action moive would've helped.
Max Payne 2 needs thumping beats for its battles. the other stuff didn't cut it and was very forgetable (except the main theme. I've always liked that)...

There was one music selection that was unforgetable: the piece that kicked in when you burst through the door of the bar to kill Rico Muerte.
I'll never forget that moment...
*nah! nah! nah! <bang> <bang>*
( images/icons/rolleyes.gif well you get the idea......)

The music in MP1 was good, but it could obviously be improved. Something like "Prospero" from Jean Sibelius' The Tempest Suite No.2 would be great.
