Playing through the Ragna Rock level (Part I, chapt. 8) I discovered another one. After running across the roof and into the stairwell, blast the baddies, throw the switch to open the sliding door, waste the agent, then strafe left and kill the thug. If you do so properly you'll be treated to a beautiful slo-mo cutscene showing what happens to the poor arse. My favourite method is the Molotov, which shows the most spectacular scene. http://www.ttlg.com/forums/ubb/graemlins/sly.gif
