About Max Payne 2

First of all hi to everyone in the forums!
Im new around here images/icons/smile.gif

I just want to give my opinion about the new look of Max, im realy sad, they are going replace Sam Lake from the game.
First time i saw one screen of MP2 i got horrified about hes new look and i has thinking i was in the wrong page.
I bought MP1 knowing nothing about it, but when i started playing i have falled in love by that game. The actor voice, the character, the graphics, ambient sounds, the envorviment, all those condition have made the perfect game, and is still play MP1, since Sept 2001, as many of you do. Now they are going to remove the most important piece of the game, Sam Lake was the character that we have saw in MP1, now they are going to place some kind of a strange actor. Many of you like the new character face but im seeing a total change, for, realy guys, this game is not going to be the same. Im going to buy it probably but now this isn´t going to be the same, exept for the new graphics...they rock! I realy like them.
Well lets see if i dont get disapointed by Remedy´s decision of changing Sam Lake.

First of all it's just the face, Max will most likely still have the same voice and same attitude.
You should also look first in the many other topics were this is being discussed.

It sure is. I still wander around quoting "They were all dead. The final..." etc. My friends and relatives are either amused or annoyed.

I tottally agree with u, i dont really like the new look of max payne. because they changed the whole character of max.

You are not the only one though. I've mentioned this in the past, but you should have seen me the day I tried on a jacket like Max's in a shopping mall. Quotes, shoot dodging and general Max-related mischief followed.
