a noob's question

I have a question about maxed. How do you get furnture.Do you have to model it yourself.Or do you get it some how from the editor.Sory for the noobish question.(A noob is a person starting out(for thoes people who don't know what a noob is))

Furniture used in MAXED is only a prefabs.
They are in MAXED created meshes.
You can download them at original Max-Payne Page or you can search somwher for them.
Or you can open the example level and copy some(here is not much of them.)

To answer your question, yes, you have to model them yourself in the editor.

And no, a "newbie" is a beginner, usually an inquisitive person. A n00b is an ignorant person who asks stupid questions and fools around.
