Looking for a mod

Hi guys,

I am looking for a mod to raise the difficulty level of max payne. I completed the second ending, and went thru new york minute mode wich i completed in around 55 minutes total for all the levels. At this point i just run thru the game killing ennemies and hadly using any painkillers at all... Is there any way to raise the difficulty level further?

Autoaim ends up decreasing accuracy most of the time. It's easier playing with it off.

If you want the game harder, turn triple buffering on and your controls will all be lagged slightly. *shrug*

well you COULD ofcourse change maxs maximum health and change the amout of health the painkillers restore quite easy...
