What program can create files <font color="red">.asi</font> ?
If to choose in MaxED (window New Entity) a category Triangle _ Mesh, - it is necessary to define a file with expansion asi. 3Dmax (4, 5 versions) are not able to create of such files!
Plug-in for 3Dmax from Max Payne 2 Tools is created only KF2 files...
The information from an official manual:
" Triangle Mesh - Use this to insert a triangle mesh (3D Studio created objects) into the level. "
The order of installation of simple objects (without a skeleton and animation) should be:
1. To create object in 3D Max
2. To save it in any format (for example, in 3DS).
3. To convert a file in a format <font color="red">.asi</font>
4. To open the editor MaxED, to load a level
5. To include a mode F3, to press a key N
6. To choose a category Triangle _ Mesh, to press OK
7. To specify a way to the kept object (in a format <font color="red">.asi</font>)
But how it to make, if 3DMax can not create files asi??!
