Well, I got PCGamer today.
No Max Payne 2 coverage. They will have it next month. I saw it sticking out of the Mailbox and I got all excited. Well, I guess I'll have to run out and get CGW.

No MP coverage till next month.
I haven't bought the newest CGW, but I skimmed through a friend's copy to see the MP2 screens, and while some are the same as the ones we've seen online, there are quite a few new ones, and holy shit this game looks incredible!!!!!! I believe I also read something saying that every character in the game will have a different face. It's possible! It was annoying how in MP many enemies had the same snarling face. I wonder if Remedy actually scanned hundreds and hundreds of actors -- which I doubt -- or they did what's been done to the Soldier of Fortune series, and add or remove things from characters' clothes and faces (hats, grenades, scars, beards....) to make it seem like each guy is different.

Well all the key-roles have real actors in them at least, so I would assume many of the other people are too. Or real actors faces rather.

Yeah, I really hope 'different faces' doesn't just mean 'different colored eyes' or something weak like that, but there are more important things to focus on, I suppose...

You know what, this is unbearable! They get to see the show on mid-may for the e3, they are granted exclusivity as opposed to the online media and they still make us wait all the way till late August for the article! So they are actually publishing the scoop two issues after their E3 special with all the other games they covered at the show. Just unbelievable.
I am sure they are doing this to spread the hot stuff they have got over as many issues as they can instead of cramming it all on the same month. Still, I think thats's absurd. I never thought I would say this but shame on you PC Gamer!
I am so upset I will write them an email right now. images/icons/mad.gif

I was dumbfounded when max wasn't on the cover. Then I thought to myself, well, maybe it is in the eyewitness section. I look at the eyewitness section, and it is not there. I think to myself, well, it has got to be in the collumns. WASNT there either. I am pissed. Their cover story was Bloodlines, which looks pretty good, but I was hoping for Max.

The current CGW issue has all our MP2 needs. Realistically, next month's PCG will just recycle the same information. images/icons/mad.gif
