Yes there will be pigeons.

If you throw a grenade into a pigeon's nest, you will declare a war on pigeons. Then the slowmotion Pigeon turd fights will start, and if you win, Pigeons will attack your enemies for the rest of the game. If you lose, they will shit on you from way up high where you can't shoot them.
