Strange Official Screenshots

Official screenshots are used to show off the many features of the game (ie. good facial expressions, realistic explosion, etc.)

It's not in the game but you can possibly duplicate them using different camera angles and cycling through different characters at various points in the levels.

Like fmuder pointed out. Some companies build mini-levels just to show off the technology in it by using scripted sequences which do not intend to be faithful renditions of the endgame's events, just the core technological elements (graphics, physics, etc). I personally dislike the third picture quite a lot, since the exploding van looks so Damn Wicked Cool™ and there was really nothing even remotely like it in the game.

yea, you know what? In the commercial, a lot of those split-second in-game footages are not in the game. For example, they have a split second of a Blackops_B I think with a sniper rifle, and then they cut to max with a crosshair on his head, then back to the Blackops_B and show him shooting in slow-motion.

I think they went to Return to Mona's funhouse and switched the scene where Mona fires the sniper rifle at some cleaners, switched that mona skin with Blackops, then EDITED it so it looked like he was aiming at max, but they did that by going to the Condemned building level and zooming in on Max's head as MONA!!

arg, trickery and deceit I say!
