F5 mode. Then hit F. It's called Fix.

This has already been discussed quite a bit. Try using the search button. In F5 mode Ctrl +A to select all and hit f and press enter. Should sort out the problem.

Personally, I come to these forums looking for answers to questions I haven't thought to ask yet, AND because I don't want to appear as a total noob by asking questions so basic that everyone knows I will never get anywhere with something like modding because I refuse to try something so fundamental as a tutorial first!
