Like I said. Will we need to upgrade our computer and what's this HAVOC engine ?

You probably will if you want to run it as well or better than you did with MP1, since the textures will be higher res and the models more detailed.
As for havoc, its just some over hyped kit that developers can add to their game that gives more realistic physics and collision detection in games. It will take up CPU power to calculate that stuff, but I'm not sure how intense it is.

The first Max Payne was aimed for the average setup of its own time, and the same will apply to Max Payne 2. In other words, the recommended system requirements have gone up from those of the original Max Payne.

If you want my guess you can double pretty much everything except memory stuff which you can x1,5 or something.
What's so overhyped about Havok? It does what it does and saves devs of precious work-time...
