These anims don't seem to be used ingame. Since they revert to CHARANIM_POSE. Has anybody messed with these and discovered their function?

maybe remedy had an idea to make tiered shotdodges? ie you do different shotdodges in yellow bullet time than in white? Yellow bullet time is often refered to as high bullet time

That'd be interesting...
Would also open up a whole realm of fighting options should anyone create a kung-fu/fighting style mod, and having specific 'super-moves' that can only be done in yellow/high bullettime.
Can the move set be altered according to BT level??

I am not sure if they are used or able to edit at all. Just like random deaths they revert to CHARANIM_POSE. So their function might be chained to certain hardcoded functions like the random death.
