Help required, important i'm running out of time?

Help me please, i need help on the following topic's (please help and tell me if they can be done and how). I do not know how lone i can get internet access!!

1)I have made a subway, can i use a switch to activate it?.I want to make it so on entring the subway car the user can start it moving using a switch.

2)Can the speed of subway cars be regulated (controlled). For they travel too fast for the use required.

3)Can i make a new weapon projectile, if i do the con editing for the file and create new illustrations.

4)Can this also be used to create new sprites.

PLEASE NOTE IF 2 and 3 are possible CON editing commands are not needed.

1) No.
2) Yes, use the GPSPEED (Builddoc says it's not possible, I disagree seeing as I have done it and seen other maps with it. Both versions I believe).
3) No, but the question is, will it actually behave differently (which depending on the behaviour you want produces varying degrees of difficulty) or is it just a new look?
4) Can what be used? IF you want a sprite then you just insert a tile as a sprite.

Thanks, by the wat i want the new projectile to be the same as the RPG rocket, but look different and be less powerful. But i still want the original RPG projectile to exist.

Also can i make the devastator fir the freeze ray etc, I do have a reason for this!!

To make the RPG look different, change the art.
To make it less powerful, look near the top of the user.con. The values to be changed are self-explanitory.
You can't make the weapons shoot anything other than their defaults.
