10. I know how to change the floor and ceiling pals, but how do I change the walls (have the walls tinted red or green?)

In 3d, point the cursor at the wall you want to change. And just like the ceiling and floor, hit ALT+P & 1=blue, 2=red, 6,7,8 are varying green or brown. And 10 to 24 will give varying color changes, depending on the texture you have on the wall.
