Hi anyone out there!I Have some questions:
1. Does anyone know how to import the
HalfLife .mdl -files OR the vice city .ips-files in
milkshape?
2. If not, then does anyone know how to open the
*.pak-files of MANHUNT?
3.If not, may someone model a chainsaw for me? I've
got a perfect texture
PS:If someone knows an other possibility TELL ME!

yep, nikoe already answered, but you can't import HL models directly to milkshape.
In nav bar there is place called Tools, open it and choose:
Half-Life -> Decompile Normal HL MDL File...
Now it makes file you can open in milkshape QC, if I remember right (unless it's somehow changed after last time I did it).
And .pak files can be opened with different packing softwares

Actually, you use Kratisco's (or w/e his name is) HL model decompile in one of the menus in milky to decompile a model, then you get a few animation and ref SMDs, a qc file and some textures. You'll want to import your REF smds into milky to start editing http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Believe me, I know -- I'm a CS modeller/skinner http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

ok, I've exported some CS and HL models to MP1 myself, but it's been a while since last time I did it, so I don't remember the exat procedure.
But I do now remember that there was another window where I was able to see the model and change some things to get different look and export it, then you get to choose which files you want to create.
