Silent hill mod?

I've heard about a silent hill mod, but I can't seem to find it. I've searched google and it comes up only with a bunch of german sites, and I haven't found nothing on the forum.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Downloading it now - I'm a huge fan of Silent Hill. Will like to see someone make a TC or mod which stays true to the game.

It's brilliant. A few flaws, but great!
I love the texturing and Soundtrack. It's got a very spooky atmosphere.
Just to bad it's not in English.
-lost my weapons when next level loaded.

I would love to, I could make all the levels and come up with the story, but I would need a modeler/coder to make the characters and monsters.
