My BUILD has down anytime.
And My Upper memory is 0.

And What I should do to run BUILD?

This is the only sensible part of your message. Just run build.exe http://www.3drealms.com/ubb/images/icons/grin.gif. OK, it's not really that simple. Copy all the files from the /goodies/build/ dir on your Duke3D CD. Then remove the read-only attribute for all of them (type attrib -r *.*; or in Windows, select every file, right-click the files, select properties, and uncheck Read-only). Run bsetup.exe if you want to change the video settings for build (don't bother with sound), then build.exe
Did I get that right?

I don't understand this completely. Please be more specific about what you're doing.

If I type MEM , My usable upper memory is 0
Is that BUILD uses upper memory?
My system has been down anytime when I run BUILD and moment.
But, THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN 3D MODE.
I really want to make my own MAP!!!
Please Help me!!!.

Jesus, are you running Build on a poorly configured 286 or what?
If your upper memory limit is zero this does imply a poorly configured DOS mode because frankly unless you're using Arachine I don't see how you could be posting here without windows or linux.
So try running Build from windows.

In Windows, 0K upper memory is normal. Build should work fine.
