A prog to Edit anm (and not anm2pcx)

Is there a better program to edit anm files?
Cause anm2pcx takes alot of times to edit
pcx!

I think it was DeluxePaint or something that had the ANM format as in its file formats. The same one. You should be able to use that if you can still find the program.

Deluxe Paint IIe and various animation packages designed to go with it are available at RTCM.

The utilities you want are in a single zip file called "Deluxe Paint & Deluxe Animation Pak".
