This is probably a naive question, but is it possible to make the floor of a subway sector (not the subway itself, but the sector it travels in) not hurt the player when he walks in it?

This is from the MapFaq. I haven't checked this out yet:

quote:
3. The pixelheight (height between floor and ceiling) of the train has to have a maximum of 104 in order to run you over. If the pixelheight is more than this the train will pass through you instead of killing you (weird eh?).

Uh, that's an interesting tidbit, but not what I meant.
You know how if the player steps in the subway sector, he'll lose health, the screen will flash white, and the "zapping" sound will play--the effect of being electrocuted. Can I stop this?

Yes, some of the textures are.. "whacked".

Sounds like you used the 'Hurtrail' texture for the floor of your subway. You should change it to something else.
