yo can use transpal.exe, or you could try OpenGL Build Touch (http://www.dukeworld.com/oglbt)

Look at Usurper's Editart Guide for help.

Se my editart dosent werck (or im doing something rong) and so I went to the utiletys page of cyborgs site (or I think its his) and downloded a program that dose almost every thing i want exsept make new tiles. its made so I can make them with whatever and import them. I use Delux paint becous It werkes with 256 colors. But I cant make sperets becous I need the transperent color frome the palette. What I need Is a drawling program (nothing speshal) that can lode and use a sepret palet.

Please excus the spelling.

Transparant colour is index 255.
A lot of paint programs will default to the earlier pink colour with the same R G B properties.

I made a "duke3d.pal" for PSP, if you need it, Rick. I was also having palette troubles, but now things are set, thanks to Veldrik, Clamour/Cyborg, and USurper.

BTW, did that FTP problem ever get fixed?

Not yet, I believe, but I think we're taking it out. Http worked fine. The Ftp either can't handle all the traffic shared by all the other sites in the network, or it's just fubar. Sorry for the delays. I can't really do anything without coordinating my efforts with Corv, and we seem to be on different schedules most of the time. I got the artpacks and 3 doc links fixed on my site though. Even updated the news.
