View Full Version : So, how do I get my model in-game...

I haven't really found any comprehensive info on this. Modelling an item (a weapon, in this case) is not a problem, there are plenty of tutorials around.
But how do I prepare a model for export and how I should set the kf plugins? Bone settings? Any texturing pitfalls?

If you can point me in right directions (forum posts or otherwise) I just might write a Weapon Exporting tutorial myself.

edit: In short, this is the problem--
1. Model weapon
3. Create weapon config
4. Profit!

What happens in step 2?

Answering myself, I have found these settings posted by DeFlex to be fine.
