Duke nukem d-day. huh?

I saw an ad in this months maximum pc for this game, here is 2 wallpapers for it. I am just wondering if I have been living under a rock or is this areel game.

What platform was Endangered Species for?

PC. It was an expansion For Duke3D like
Nuclear Winter and Duke it out in DC. I would of liked to of seen Endangered Species released though. Why wasn't it?

This "d day" mod was already cancelled ages ago.

"Gangster", the guy who made Premium TC (a multiplayer mod mostly based upon counter strike maps and weapons) and who is actually working on Crime TC (another multiplayer mod), was the author.

yeah that's a pretty awesome CS-styled mod right there

sorry about the mix up; actually there's a mod called Duke Nukem Army and there's a custom level that lets you play the d-day invasion
other than that; the SP botplay is extremely sub-par

I don't mean to seem whiny but if it is cancelled (and has been so for quite a while,<- according to joe and he should know) why on earth was maximum pc running a ad for it. Someone paid for it and you know a 1 pager aint cheap. This just messing with this strung out fan-boys head.

Endangered Species was *NOT* an addon. It was a new standalone game.

What ad? Show it to me - I was never aware it had gotten that far. The game itself was not very far along when it was canceled.

That's old news. We didn't like the way development was going on it, so it was canceled.

I must say that I have appearently been quite ammiss in my search. I believe some time ago I ran across it again but I no longer had a scanner. Also if I recall it wasn't an ad for the game but an ad for www.gamewallpapers.com (http://www.gamewallpapers.com) - which have 2 WP's for it. Sry for the mix up.

Of course this may be my memory playing tricks on me.
