Editart problem

why does editart always lighten pictures a lot. its really making me made! is there some way to fix it? when ever i import pics they look like total CRAP!

Convert their palette to the duke palette before importing them with editart. If that fails (editart on very rare occasions will manage to screw up on images that are already converted to the correct palette) use Opengl Editart or Dukeres or Wally.

well isnt it a dat file? paint shop pro doesnt recognize it.
