can anyone tell me how to change the menu screen so i can put in my own picture?

Open data\menu\menu.txt and there should be paths for each menu screen in the beginning. Load screens can be found from data\globalconfig.txt

In fact you can just edit and modify the .dds files in data/menu/bitmaps/ if I remember well. (MainMenu.dds, Loading.dds, ...).

(PS: you should have used the searching tool before, I think it is easy to find this kind of infos.)
