Ferrari totally obliterated everyone in qualifying today with Massa almost half a second quicker than Kimi and almost a full second quicker than both McLarens, with Lewis Hamilton behind Kovy.

Trulli was only 2 thousands of a second slower than Hamilton, so either Trulli is running very light, or the Toyota is getting better. Trulli is touted as somewhat of a qualifying specialist, and he did a great job today.

The BMWs were slightly slower than Trulli's Toyota and Webber, Alonso and Glock made up the rest of the top 10 of the grid.

Button almost got into Q3, and Vettel didn't get to Q3 albeit looking very strong in practice.

Rosberg goes from a podium in Australia to a 16th place on the grid for tomorrows race.

Anyway, there is a chance for rain for the race which will make the race very interesting indeed.

Can't wait, will watch it live on TV in almost exactly 8 hours.

Edit: Just as I posted this, I read that Hamilton and Kovalainen will be dropping 5 places for impeding Heidfeld and Alonso during their last hot lap for Q3. Kovalainen and Hamilton were driving extremely slowly in order to save fuel and it cost them dearly.
