Finished Diablo. My mage got to level 25 and had over 500 mana (I invested ONLY in magic and found some pretty neat mana items).

I guess I'll move to Diablo 2 now. My lifetime mission for that game is to finish it on all difficulty levels on Hardcore, Single Player. I've already been playing it like that but I lost my Paladin under Kurast Bazar (those little f*ckin' skeleton fetishes that explode upon death killed me just like that). But my character was awesome, I'll just mirror him this time.

You can't kill immunes in hell difficulty. Only way is through a mercenary. Its hard...
I hope Diablo doesn't have a tail this time. Makes him look more like a animal, not like a demon. Diablo 1 look ftw !

Hmm I see. I might spend a few points in the fire tree and hope I won't run into fire & lightning immunes :D

Man if I were you, I'd just go for full cold damage. Blizzard skill ftw. Also, spend one point in static field, one in warmth, and one in mana shield if you're into that. The only way to do Andy\Mephy\Countess runs in Hell with a Sorc is full Blizz and full synergies to that.

yo TaloS, I recommend against the light sorc. Lightning spells can be glitchy. If this is going to be your mf character, either do what Dimebog said and make a Blizzard sorc. Or if you want something thats good all around. Try a meteor/ frozen orb build. They can handle just about anything.

Hmmm...in Diablo 1 they mentioned Belial and Azmodan as the 2 leaders of hell while the three were exiled. I wonder if they are also involved in the plot. Then all seven great evils are in a Diablo-game.

...uh I'm getting tired of doing hell baal runs. Lvling in single player can be a pain!!! Time to try out that single player uber mod. ^_^

What? Never heard of that mod. What is it?

It's a Diablo II exp, mod that changes a few things in single player. It makes it so that the people who don't like playing on the realms are no longer restricted by Ladder only Runewords, Pandemonium Diablo, or the ubers. The keys drop in hell single player with this mod just like they dropped on battle.net. The only difference that I'm aware of is that the AI of the uber tristram bosses is not as good as the AI of the realm bosses. Still it's a great mod, it also allows you to make ladder only runewords in single player. If your like me and you got sick of losing all your online characters after not playing them for a few months, this is the mod for you. However I did just go on battle.net and the strangest thing happened, maybe it's the new patch but my expired characters were still playable, and I kept all my items. ^_^
