I have moved out of the house of my family, but still get a lot of questions for support.
Now am I looking for a good tool, but encounter the following problems. Both my home, and that of my parents have cable (so no fixed IP address).
Both sites have a basic router with firewall.

No I considered PC Anywhere, but that is not working as I have to reconfigure the firewall each time to open it for the IP address of mine.

Does someone now a good alternative that works through firewalls?
