It goes without saying that computers often become sluggish after years of use. This is because a lot of junk remains in the system even if the user removes programs that they no longer use, and the only way to get the compouter up to speed would be a clean install.
However, Windows 8 will have a
feature that allows the user to "refresh" a computer without removing their personal files. Could this make clean installs a thing of this past? If so, it could be very useful!
