No, I don't have anywhere near all of them, but I'm getting Duke 3D for sega saturn and Duke Mobile for Tapwave for Christmas, so I'll be closer to having all Duke games. the cell phone Duke games look very cool, but unfortunately I don't have a cell phone to play them with. Nice, complete list. I think you have everything, except for the Duke addons like Duke It Out In DC, but I guess you're including them in Duke 3D.

Sure they are just as much as Max Payne, the Duke console games, Commander Keen and Wolfenstein 3D all of which are in that list.

All of the games you just listed had 3DR or Apogee logos on them. The Duke addons did not, as they were not 3DR products. See the huge difference? They're third party stuff created and published by an entirely unrelated company.

Did they get permission from 3DR? because it would be weird if you were allowed to just do that.

Nope. Those addon packs you mention such as Duke it out in DC are not our products, never were, never pretended to be.

You didn't license them the Duke IP just as you did with the console ports ?

Re: Got everything?
To make an addon pack, you don't have to have licensed the IP, just get permission to do so. Read the license docs that are with Duke3D SW & Reg. It will explain that situation.

But that's not what I'm talking about. Besides, this is muddling the thread, that's not what this thread was created for, for a lecture on the differences between licensing an IP and producing an add-on.

Well, that's what the company has been involved in. In some way I've been loosely involved in everything since I started working here.

The first thing EVER released after I started was the v1.4 version of Wolfenstein 3D. The first new game released after I started here was Major Stryker.

I am a customer of the company though - in the ancient customer databases, I'm in there as having purchased Duke 1, the Keen games, & Wolfenstein 3D. There's probably more than that, I think I bought Crystal Caves too, and maybe some other stuff from back then, but I can't remember right now.
