SWP crashes and broken saved games
I've been playing Shadow Warrior lately, using SWP latest version, running on Vista 64. It happens to me all the time that the game crashes, and when loading the last saved games I was playing before the crash, they would not load.

I have to "play it save" and play with 3 different save games at the same time, just in case one crashes, the other two might not get broken (they work as a back-up of sorts). The thing is sometimes this helps, sometimes it doesn't.

I said enough is enough when all three saved games wouldn't load and I had to load a fourth saved game from the previous level. That's not funny.

I believe ProAsm isn't working on SWP anymore, right? , I'm not too sure about that, but anyway I understand if he's not around, so I want to know if any of you have gone throught this very situation and/or know a solution for this problem? Thank you all, before hand.

Hi, you quite right, I am no longer doing anymore developement on SWP but the best you can do is go look at the posts on our forum and see if you can find what's causing your problem.

I do seem to remember Vista and 64 bit was a problem and whether we ever solved it I cannot remember.
It works fine of Windows7 so its quite possible that we just gave up on Vista as it also gave us several sound problems.
