Ted OJ Simspon: Hypothetically speaking. . .
if I killed my wife, here is how it went down.
story
So, he didn't do it and was acquitted 10 years ago, but he can give a detailed description of how he would have done it. all this in his new book and a coming up TV interview on Fox (who would have thought)
Isn't the US justice system great?

Well legally you have to be "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" to be convicted, but even though it's very likely that he did it, the any case that becomes a media circus automatically has reasonable doubt ALL OVER IT.

He can say whatever he wants, he can admit that he killed them and not get in any legal trouble, atleast not be charged with murder. He could get sued etc. but not prosecuted.
Maybe I'll watch this on Fox, if I remember. It should be interesting.

Doubts? He's writing a book about hypothetically killing his wife. What is there to doubt? If he DIDN'T kill his wife, then he is just a sick bastard for trying to make money off of it.

Did anyone see on British TV when comedian Armando Ianucci ran up to OJ, when he was in England, got him to give him his autograph on a folded piece of paper, then unfolded the signed paper to reveal the words "I DID IT"?

Funniest thing I ever saw in my life. I'll have a look, think I have is somewhere.

and now he is drawing even more attention to himself.
I remember playing Duke 3d and seeing the car chase in the bar in the red light district, and then playing the plutonium pack and seeing the glove in pigsty.
I bet if Duke's book would get him on Oprah, this will get OJ on Oprah where she will ask him to reveal that he did it.
also, you can kill someone with a glove that doesn't fit. I have worn gloves that don't fit before. And what qualifies as "fitting"?

I remember that. Armando Iannucci also had a teddy bear that he called "Mr Tony Blair" that he gave to OJ to be photographed with, and when the teddy bear was returned, he had bloody gaping woudns on his back. Hilarious stuff!

I imagine he'll be exceptionally careful that none of the details resemble those of the actual murder. Sort of an "If I had done it, I wouldn't have done it that way, I would have done it this way." I guess he thinks it'll somehow establish his innocence.

Of course, there's no doubt in my mind that he's guilty as hell. If anybody is in doubt, I suggest they read Outrage: The Five Reasons Why O.J. Simpson Got Away With Murder by Vincent Bugliosi.

I remember the detective who presented that theory. Seem to recall it making quite a bit of sense. At least it did before OJ started writing books...

Actually, they don't care that it's in bad taste. What they care about is the amount of bad publicity that it's generating for the network.
