Windows Server 2008 ReadyBoost...
Hey I know readyboost isnt supported on Windows Server 2008, and usually Win2008 servers have more than 2gb of ram, but i have one Windows Server 2008 box that only has 2gb of ram and I don't have enough money to go out and get another ram stick, is there anyway to install and enable readyboost on Windows Server 2008?

Re: Windows Server 2008 ReadyBoost...
I have 1 GB DDR and a Readyboost stick set at recommended 840 MB. To be honest, I'm not sure if there is any performance increase but I like the assurance of running it anyhow. So if there is an increase, at least I know I'm benefiting from it.

I didnt fully get it on I had to just go out and buy another ram stick :|. On my Windows 7 7260 x64 box with 2gb of ram I did get a speed increase with ReadyBoost.

RAM is so cheap now days, I would just buy more RAM. Readyboost is "nice" but compared to extra RAM pretty useless.
