Anyone want a game of UnrealED tennis?
I was wondering if anyone would like a game of unrealed tennis. That is, one of us start a map in unrealed, place a few assets and then send it off to the other.

The game is turn based, and ends whenever the map feels complete. The map is built up over each volley.

Either player can make however much of an impact on the design as they wish on their turn, but it's a fast game, as such don't hold on to the map for too long.

I'm pretty much happy to go against anyone, and am happy to work towards any starting theme and/or gametype.

Otherwise there are no rules.

I think unrealplayground is as good a place as any for hosting between turns, although email would work as well. I guess postwhores will work well for image hosting.

I'm not sure if this kind of thing has been tried before, as such I have no idea whether it will be an embarrassing failure, or not

Sounds really fun, but uhm, which game?

I humbly suggest UT2k3 because it allows for more levels of impact (you could really do the 'environmental artist' thing in UT2k3, but not really in UT), plus it's prettier .

UT2003 sounds good. When do you wish to begin?

Good. I'll start. I'll make something without any direction, and see how it goes from there.

Sure. I will open the game with this quite pointless, and quite trashy, UnrealED doodle.

Now it's your turn to do whatever you wish to it.

I don't mean to fix the gametype as DM, but unrealplayground gets upset if you don't use a naming convention with some kind of a gametype prefix attached.

Ugly beginnings. Ugly.

I bet 3DR couldn't make something quite this 1337 in unrealed

*THUNK!* The ball's in your court now, buddy.

I've added a second building for you to play with - which is really just one brush. There are are many more rooms that can be created in that tower of yours, still, so you might wanna check that out as well.

Also, one request - please give it a skybox, I'm too lazy to.

After pausing the game due to bad light, I return to play with this screwed around enviroment.

I added a simply skybox, ruined the terrain inside the compound thing, altered the lighting and fogged the place out.

Your turn Spacecow.

Uhm. This is pretty ****ing ridiculous.

I'm having trouble believing it.

But uhm... my preliminary HSC exams start ****ing NEXT WEEK! And I thought I had two weeks. So, now I have to go study my ass off. Sorry dude , you'll have to find someone else to play the game with.

Oh man... I'm so screwed.

ok, no problem. It was a questionable concept to begin with. I'll take any offers to continue, but otherwise we will just call it a day.
