please don't mention the "Doom" movie again. No hell, no Doom.

The Rock kept calling the marines "soldier", which pissed my Marine friend off!

He kept saying "I didn't go through all this shit to be called a f***ing SOLDIER!!!" Among other things. They did nothing right according to my friend. Hell, they didn't even move with their gun. They turned the gun instead, which even I know is a bad thing to do.

After we left the theater, we went and played Doom 3. Muuuuuuch better!

I sure hope the Max Payne movie doesn't suck. I hope that James McCaffrey plays Max. He IS Max.

There was a Mario Bros movie?

I remember the Donkey Kong Country tv show, that was ok.

Doom really sucked. the rock shot the BFG (NOT the Big F#%$ing Gun...), John jumps out of the way, BFG shot hits RIGHT behind him, and John is untouched... WTF is this whole "omg there virus infested" or whatever? In ALL of the Doom games there flippin' HELLSPAWNS!!!

The interesting part about that is that my (idiot) friend tryed to explain to me that "At the end of Doom3 they find out about the Virus." Ok... (He didnt specify "they" whether it be the UAC or the hellspawns)

I remember there being a Legend of Zelda show in the 80's... From what I recall, that show was pretty cool.

There was also a Cartoon called Captain N around the beginning of the 90's wich i found pretty cool when i was young - he had a NES Controller at his Chestbelt and nearly every Nintendo Charakter of that time appeared in the cartoon - Captain N had also a good friend - Gameboy

Edit: Oh yeah and Captain N's dog was called Duke

Well, can't complain about the Resident Evil movie, that was one horror flick based off the famed PSX game from the mid-to-late 90s. Then again, you got Tomb Raider, too, why not? Two games that thought they had it made, same with the movies.

I've seen Resident Evil 1 and 2, Tomb Raider, Mario Bros, Street Fighter live action, Dungeons & Dragons, and Mortal Kombat 1 and 2. They ALL sucked (except MK1).
The RE movies are a different genre from the games, Lara Croft acts completely different, and Mario, SF, D&D, and MK2 were just all around bad. I like MK1 because it isn't that bad and it remains true to the game.

Don't know if you know this or not, but D&D wasn;t based off a video game. Just thought I'd make that clear.

Did anyone ever hear about the Everquest cartoon they were going to do a few years back? It was gonna be ZANY! Like, there were gonna be two Iksar (Lizard people, the race I play as), a male and a female, and whenever the female got scared her tail would break off (like a lizard), then the male would EAT it! WTF?!
