Prey Weekly Update #20
Writing this amidst the dust and piles of unopened boxes of our new offices. That's right, Human Head has moved offices -- not to a new city, just across town. We're still here in Madison, Wisconsin.

Why did we decide to move now? Well, there were these stalkers... no, just kidding. We decided to move office space about a year-and-a-half ago, because we wanted a larger space and a better layout for our workflow. That, and we were just getting sick of the old place and wanted a change. We tried to schedule the move until after Prey was complete, but due to various timing issues as the place was built, the move was eventually scheduled for this week.

Interestingly enough, we divided into artists/animators on one side and programmers/level designers on the other side. So, Human Head was unconsciously split into a right brain/left brain arrangement. Weird.
That's funny.

That was pretty interesting, it must be very hectic to move offices in the tail end of development on a game.

I hope it doesn't involve a delay of more than one week...

It's good that the demo is coming together well.

Technically an official date other than 'July' hasn't been given.....so it would be an invisible delay.

Tainted! Time to rebuild.

And they have showers, too. I guess that's for the best.

Hey I am an international student (Indian) studying in Australia now. Even I manage to rent a house in which the roof doesnt leak. So if you guys want a leak proof house to live in Australia, do give me a shout. I may allow a couple of you guys to live for free, as long as I get to test play every day the "hidden not to be talked about super secret untold and un-existing project" coming up next with strippas and alien butt kicking action in it . Ofcourse you have to cook your own food and wash your own dishes ! LMAO !

Yay, good update...

Not much about Prey, but still a good read...

I think the "two halfs of a brain" part was quite funny, because of the reference to the "human Head" Made me laugh...
I hope that "whole parted head"-headquarter is going to be a good place further-on for HHS...

Hope none of the movers is a gamer, maybe they burned off a back-up disc for them selves, and are uploading it right now as we "speak"???
