DNF mentioned in "next month" box of pc gamer magazine!

Has anyone else gotten the June issue of Pc Gamer? On the last page, they mention that they have "inside info" about DNF and say they will talk about it in the July issue of the magazine!

An exact quote of what they said in the next month box is-

"Remember those slick decoder rings you played with as a kid? How you sent indecipherable notes to your best friend about how gross that girl sitting next to you was? Well, at Pc Gamer, we love secrets, and since we always have our well-trained, doctor-like hands on the pulse of the gaming industry, we'll have some tasty inside info for you next month. Is Duke Nukem Forever finally being released? Hey, it could happen."

So the question should be, has anyone got the July issue, and would they please scan in the DNF tidbits?

Though I think it'll be info we've already heard (looking at the date)

I just got the June issue, and the july one won't be out until mid-May. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that PC Gamer says they'll talk about the game next month.

Really, the timing is perfect. The fans on the board have already had they're taster, so we know it's happening soon, and the news on the PC gaming front has been pretty dry for a while. I think it's a good time for 3DR to go public with DNF.

I don't think that they threw it in as a joke, because beside the next month box, they have a little picture of Duke Nukem, which makes it seem like they are focusing everything that they say in the whole quote on Duke Nukem Forever.

June issue in April? Are they time travelers, if they are, that would explain how they have info on DNF. Don't expect a news item on 3DR's site until much closer to the release of the issue, if it in fact holds something relevant.

Its a "hey, our super secret source heard the game is nearing release and might come out this decade tee hee hee.."

isn't it logical that we'll see such a kind of article in the next issue of PCG in May. It's some kind of yearly bringing back Duke into gamers heads. Nothing more nothing less. But time will tell and hope is still a constant factor.

No stores here get PC gaming magazines.

They only carry console gaming mags, so to get a PC one I have to go out of town or subscribe.

The more and more we talk about it, the more I'm pretty sure we'll lead off with releasing our own videos of the game, then do press after that. We'll see, but thats certainly the prevailing attitude internally.
