its a room full of crates or square vents like in duke3d. Theres some kind of electricity lightning bold action going on at the top, and theres an octabrain falling down because it just got killded.

I think the shot is taken from the perspective of Duke looking up, he just smoked an octobrain that is now falling to the floor in a heap of electricity/blood?!

Looks like spikes, not tentacles. Some kind of unknown beast or organic structure. Unless the huge tubular things in the background are it's main tentacles.

The screenshot is very hard to decipher though. I really have no idea where this could be located? A ventilation duct system of a building? Area 51? Where the ark is being stored?

They didn't lie, the July issue is not in stores yet.

Edit: Maybe it's the new version of the "tremors" like worm thing in the 2001 video. I think the thing Kasier pointed out as a wall walk might be the same thing or parts of the same thing as in the middle.

A couple of rocket blasts will take these out, and way too many pistol shots to even worry about using it. Stick and move is also a good attack to use against Caco's since they are in no hurry to get anywhere fast.
