Woah, I just saw your post today.

Yeah, ever since DNF and the Duke Modifications forum went down I stopped coming here. I moved to Duke4.net. It was nice for a year, but the whole forum has now become a horrible trollfest. Yatta doesn't want to ban any of the new ten-year-olds that just turn every great thread into insults, flaming, improper grammer. etc. It makes me appreciate the strictness of these forums that I once hated. That's why I've been visiting this place more often, and hoping I can fit back in here again. :)

They made a new one where this guy plays a guitar and a TON of random people smash his guitar, people from hobos to nuns from a catholic church. I never saw the original smash until I Youtubed it. That was way before my time, I wasn't alive in the 80's either...

    Ok, cya man!

i've never heard of that song. So i searched it on Youtube and found out that of course i don't know that song because it was from a commercial from the 80's. I wasn't even alive in the 80's.

But yeah, it sounds interesting. I'll try to learn it but i'm not sure if any of my friends will even know what i'm playing if i show them... lol

Haha, I remember one time playing the "Juicy fruit" commercial song to a few people. The reactions were priceless, one of them almost died laughing and I was lucky the other didn't smash my guitar... :o

    Tab: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/..._theme_tab.htm

No the lead singer of Skillet doesn't have a lisp. (Not to my knowledge anyways.) :o

Btw, does the lead singer of skillet have a lisp? Sort of sounds like it in 1:20 - 1:23

Lol, same here. That intro was the first thing i learned on guitar. I've had so many friends from school that don't believe that i can actually play that, so i write down the tab for them so that they can try to play it, and then they always come back the next day and tell me that it was so much more easier than they thought it would be.

The intro of Crazy Train was the first tune I learned actually. It's a LOT easier then it sounds.

I can't just play the intro, but i can also play 0:29 - 0:41 in that video. And i can also do a small part of the solo too from 3:00 to 3:07, but only by tapping it. To play it while picking would be hard and would probably require about 5 years of guitar experience prior to being able to play that..
