Would it be at all possible to get a copy of the High-Def title screen from duke3d arcade as a pc wallpaper?

Yeah if you have a HD Tv and screenshot it yourself using some special equipment, or get someone that does to do that for you. Perhaps this picture may meet your needs though...

Ah sorry your majesty i didn't realise 1600px × 1000px was too small. Pretty sure the pic I just sent is a rare picture I've had on my PC for ages, show some appreciation . No one else was going to do anything other than post some useless replies to boost their little forum egos and post counts.

You can enlarge it to make it bigger. You can use google too. Don't be mad at for me helpin either when no one else will send you a result better than this (if that's the scene you wanted) because it won't exist, you need a widescreen Plasma TV and equipment to screenshot the arcade itself for a bigger and more HD pic than this.

dude, that isn't a rare pic, that's a wallpaper from Good Old Games. They have wallpapers available to people who purchase their games up to 1900x1200. But i'm sure as heck not gonna buy duke3d from them when i own it on every system it's released on.

When you open up paint, you can do an amazing trick. It's called Drawing a little box around the image, and clicking on the little corner and moving it around until you see fit.

oh yes, and then it p[ixellates on a 24" monitor! and dude, seriously, look at the freakin copyright text. Wallpaper Copyright GOG.com. I rest my case. Obviously you didn't get it from GOG.com.

Dude stop calling me dude. If your monitor is so good, you'll have no trouble buying some proper equipment, and MAKE THE WALLPAPER YOURSELF. You must be a troll, because if you can't afford Duke Nukem on the XBLA you can't have a 24" monitor. I rest my case. I have given you a wallpaper, which is large enough for a 24". NOTICE: I HAVE TRIED IT ON MY OWN 24 . I am a nice person. Have the brains to work outside the (Orange) box. make the Start menu bigger or something to wipe out the black space on Centered setting if it bothers you that much. Stretching it will make barely any difference.

Do you expect a game as old as Duke Nukem 3D to have HD wallpapers that are over 9000x4000 in size? The answer is you won't find a bigger image of the one I have sent..

If you want my advice, go on google images, type in "HD wallpapers" on the Large Picture setting and pick a picture of a rainbow :)

What one you talking about? The one you can get for a theme, with the hd pigcop, octobrain, and battle-lord or the game cover?

oi vey. as i said, the GOG.COM wallpapers go up to 1920x1200. stop being a sarcastic trolling dingbat. all i wanted to know is if you had the larger size, because i assumed since you had the GOG.COM wallpaper, you had access tot hem and you didn't just download it from some random place. also, i CAN in fact afford Duke3d on XBLA. I happ[en to have bought it, also, i am not going to buy a video capture rig to make a wallpaper. also dude, this thread was really meant for someone like joe, who may have access to the original art assets they made the title screen with. so sorry that you can;t tolerate someone asking a question.
