Max payne 1 crashes when loading the 1st mission

Hi
I'm really disappointed i cant play Max Payne 1 any more and i do not know why! :confused:

the game stops exactly when loading the 1st chapter whether in my PC (windows xp sp3) or my laptop (windows 7 x64)
shall you guys help me??

I miss this game so much :(:(
