I am not sure if this for the PC or not. I know it says platform windows but it also has a little playstation 2 brand in the picture. I remember this happening to me before with another game, it said it's platform was PC but there was a little playstation 2 name in the picture when I finally got the game it was a Playstation 2 game and not a PC which really pissed me off.

Then another thing is has a used option, no such thing as a Used PC game.

Well Max Payne is hard to find now. Amazon needs to know about that mistake. It might be for PS2 or PC, but do you want to risk it?

If you didn't care for the box, you could get it from Steam in digital form.

Max Payne didn't use any cd keys, just a bitchy disk check that doesn't always work in certain optical drives.

Note the bold underlined part.
Amazon always did suck when it came to proper pictures showing the merchandise.
That looks like the magazine ad for max payne

Take a screen shot of the page and order it.
Also make sure it mentions" PC" or "Platform: Windows 98 / 2000 / Me / 95 |" in your cart before going through with the order.
Save your invoice,

If it ends up being the wrong platform you got proof of the error and they should take it back.

Ive been using amazon for years and they are pretty good at taking stuff back.
I even had a case when i accidentally purchased the same item twice forgetting i pre-ordered through amazon.
They took it back,even though it was my fault.
