the big things are happening in the background...I bet Take 2 and 3DR are in settlement negotiations.
Maybe both parties already settled sometime last year and they just don't announce it because the side effect of a lawsuit is the silence bound to it. With this method 3DR can finish up DNF at the external company and when its nearly finished Take 2 and 3DR announce the settlement and the release of the game.
