I've only seen maybe 18 months worth of the frequently repeated "make up some cover art" threads, so I won't have seen most of the suggestions over the last 14 years. Having said that, my favourite was the one with a huge explosion in the background in the shape of the famous one fingered salute. I had a link to it somewhere, but lost it a year or more ago.

An empty packet of chewing gum with "It's time" printed on one side.
Did I knock up a picture of it the last time I mentioned the idea, or just describe it? It was so long ago. It had probably been suggested a hundred times before me, anyway.
