It's random monkeycheese humor. suddenly going off on wild tangents about buckets of ice water and flinging poo while sticking arms and legs on things in britishland with russian names is what it's generally about. you could kick someone in the crotch and it would equal the same thing. if you drag it on it's just strangling the cat.
