Every single video game released has a Gold Master. They just are not announced like they used to be.
I remember back when every game coming out had a big news story on when it went Gold.

Well don't I look foolish

It does seem like something of grandeur, calling something gold for simply being finished.
What do they call it when a video game sells a certain amount of copies? Goldē?
Also yes.. Congrats 3dr!
