I doubt it since the code is to buy the game so the code then is probably checked against the server, and if it is accepted, it's tied to your account and if your account can't access the game I doubt it will let you downloaded it/access it still cause you added this code. I can't say for sure, but this is an educated guess.

I don't know the answer for sure, but all this Amazon deal is is another way to pay for the game. I doubt (SERIOUSLY) this is a workaround for region banning issues in any way.
