well... i thought they already announced it, and had a release date, back in 2000 or something. and then they canceled it. Lol this crap is so funny, but only because of the fact that no one else exept the last splinter cell game has taken so long. Technology is a pain though, I can see something like this taking awhile. I don't know about 13 years, but 5 years or , err... something 6 or whatever

at least they won the case by the skin of their teeth, they were teetering away from being sued for their filings
and honestly who's right or wrong doesn't matter at this point. take two is real cold to do that. That is just wrong. I come on here just for fun. But I would hope not to bring anyone down by my attitude. I understand fully well that right being right and wrong being wrong, this case was in the middle of who was supposed to do what. but there IS NO RIGHT WAY TO cut someone off and then just straight up DROP people into a hundred million debt or whatever hoping them to pay that off when they have no money
party a owes party b twenty dollars, party b says to party a this twenty dollars has turned into 100 million with the interest over the years. party a says to party b, "well, we owe you, but now don't have it," party b says, "i don't care, pay me"

take two might as well be ready to start blackmailing people, when money makes someone cold, that's it, they lose their souls over their bank funds and there is nothing else to gain but greed and insanity
anyway, I just hope everyone takes a big whew*, and there we go, maybe broussard still has some spirit left in him, if this whole corporation thing hasn't completely destroyed his soul. I wish the best to everyone, and still have faith, and envy 3d realms for their courage. Sounds corny, but what else is there?
