On the subject and tying it in with the beginning of the thread, Duke could sing "Dude looks like a lady" in response to seeing a suitable NPC. Maybe one who bears an entirely coincidental and not at all legally relevant resemblence to Justin Bieber. We all know what a fine singing voice Duke has.

For a really obscure cultural reference, some cans of fish beer and some cans of apple juice in some room in the game.
I'm now wondering if anyone else will get that reference. I find DayJobOrchestra hilarious, but they're hardly famous. But hey, it would make me laugh.
