How about a model of Duke on his motorbike, or a gold statue of Duke?
Also a pair of Dukes Glasses in a glass case with a plaque saying Duke Nukem Forever.

I have a better Special Edition:

An a ammo box, with DUKE NUKEM stamped on it. Inside contains some goodies:
A golden statue of Duke Nukem
A 1/4 scale model Ripper Chaingun
A bullet USB with 2GB storage, containing some wallpapers and screensavers.
The Soundtrack to the game.
Some Posters.
And the game itself.

Now that would be one awesome Special Edition.
